Class Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in Isuru ICT classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Class Schedule & Attendance

  • Classes are conducted according to the published timetable
  • Students should join online classes 5 minutes before the scheduled time
  • Recordings are available for students who miss live sessions
  • Physical classes at Sethma and Siayasa locations follow the same curriculum
  • Regular attendance is encouraged for best learning outcomes

Course Materials & Resources

  • All study materials (notes, past papers, unit papers) are provided digitally
  • Colorful tutorials and diagrams are included for each lesson
  • Weekly review questions and unit tests are provided
  • Materials are for personal use only and cannot be shared or distributed
  • Access to class recordings is limited to enrolled students

Student Code of Conduct

  • Respect teachers and fellow students during online and physical classes
  • Complete assignments and homework on time
  • No sharing of login credentials with non-enrolled individuals
  • Maintain academic integrity - no cheating on tests or exams
  • Use appropriate language and behavior in all class interactions

Online Class Guidelines

  • Keep microphone muted unless speaking
  • Use the raise hand feature to ask questions
  • Have a stable internet connection
  • Use your real name for identification in Zoom sessions
  • Recording of live classes by students is prohibited

Refund Policy

At Isuru ICT, we strive to provide high-quality ICT education. Please read our refund policy carefully:

Full Refund Eligibility (100%)

  • Within 7 days of the first class attended
  • If a scheduled class is cancelled by Isuru ICT and no alternative is provided
  • If you cannot join due to technical issues from our side
  • Duplicate payment made in error

Partial Refund Eligibility (50%)

  • After 7 days but within 14 days of the first class (less classes attended)
  • Medical emergencies with valid documentation
  • Relocation to an area where our services are not available

Non-Refundable Situations

  • After 14 days from the first class attended
  • If you choose to discontinue without prior notice
  • For study materials, notes, or recorded sessions already accessed
  • If you violate the code of conduct resulting in removal
  • Registration fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • Monthly fees after the month has commenced

Refund Process

  • Submit refund request via email or WhatsApp within eligibility period
  • Include student name, grade, and payment receipt
  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after approval
  • Refunds credited to original payment method
  • A processing fee of 5% may apply for certain refunds

Transfer & Credits

  • You may transfer your enrollment to another student once per term
  • Credits can be applied to future terms within 6 months
  • No cash refund for unused credits after 6 months
  • Switching between online and physical classes is free of charge

Payment Terms

  • Fees are payable monthly or termly as per the fee structure
  • Payments must be made before the 5th of each month
  • Late fee of Rs. 500 applies after the 10th of the month
  • We accept bank transfers, online payments, and cash (physical classes)
  • Receipts will be provided for all payments
  • Fee revisions will be notified one month in advance
  • Scholarships available for deserving students (contact for details)

We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any changes.
